Shipping & Returns
We only Ship Supply Items in the USA this is due to high shipping costs !!!
The exception being if a Table is being shipped international, then SOME small supply items that will fit inside the extra room in the Crate may be shipped at the same time.
We use UPS Ground Services so that all packages can be tracked and have insurance for any part valued over $100.00. This website will only ship items to any USA or Canada address and only items weighing 75 pounds or less. This website can not quote shipping on tables heavier than 75 LBS. Please email or call in 256-245-8390 for a freight quote.
When you place an order, the website will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Depending on the shipping speed you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. This is how many days it takes ONCE THE ITEM SHIPS. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, unless the product is "OUT OF STOCK" or special order. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery time frame will be available to you during checkout. *Please note, some special items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame. It is usually anywhere from 7-10 business days.
Again our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via UPS.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its description page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Alaska, Puerto Rico, & Hawaii Shipping
We offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico on items weighing 75 pounds or less. Due to carrier restrictions, some items cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
We DO NOT ship to any P.O. Boxes or any APO/FPO addresses. You MUST call in and talk to customer service!
Placing Orders with Multiple Shipping Addresses
ChiroCity Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened supply items within 14 days of delivery for refund of product ONLY (shipping not included).
Portable Tables/Massage Tables must be returned (with approval/RMA #) within 30 days of delivery. There will be a 25% restocking fee unless it is a manufacturer defect.
Please call 256-245-8390 for a RMA #. The RMA # MUST be given from ChiroCity.com. Any items returned without our RMA can not be refunded.
Electrical items CAN NOT be returned without Special Pre-Authorized Special Approval from a Manager. Call before purchasing if you have any doubt on Electrical Items! All Electrical Items will be tested on Return before refund is Issued.
Other products authorized from ChiroCity ONLY for return must be returned U.P.S. prepaid and insured ($100.00 included free) in the original box with original packaging materials. The reason we use UPS is because their shipments are reliable, track-able, and the safest. Please protect your merchandise and your money...use U.P.S.! WARNING - Our experience with USPS shipments Inbound/Outbound are 50% arrival / 50% Lost from the face of the Earth. This is why we DO NOT use them!! Credit will ONLY be applied for merchandise approved for a return or exchange that we actually receive back. Chirocity.Com; (Access Equipment Corp), is not responsible and will not be held liable for your merchandise that is LOST by the shipper YOU CHOOSE, and therefore will not issue credit on your account if your delivery confirmation can not be proven.
SOME ITEMS ARE SPECIAL ORDER, AND THEREFORE THESE ITEMS HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE CHARGED BY THE MFG! These items are usually items that have a size or a color preference. We will ONLY pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
