Torso Rotation unit performs left and right torso rotations. Thick shoulder and thigh cushions offer maximum comfort while the attached hand grips and foot platform stabilizes the user while exercising. Targeted muscle groups are stimulated unlike flexion and extension exercises for the same region.
Seat height adjustment is clearly indexed for setup reproducibility. Internal tubing is chrome plated.
Indexed R.O.M. assembly quickly adjusts both the starting and ending points of a prescribed exercise range.
Soft stop range limiter dampens the movement.
150 lb weight stack made from solid steel features 15 levels of resistance, with the minimum starting resistance of 10 lbs. Weight stack resistance progresses in 10 lb increments from 10 through 150 lbs.
The base and upright framework is made entirely from 2" x 4" rectangular tubing with a heavy 3/16" steel wall thickness. A baked-on polyester powder coated finish will look new for years. 4000 lb.-test aircraft quality cable rides over whisper quiet pulleys for smooth, friction-free operation.
