SUPPLY ITEM REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY:

At anytime within 30 days of the original purchase date, you may return or exchange any un-used product for a full refund or exchange, less original shipping costs. Refunds are subject to a product inspection & approval. Once approved, refunds will be posted immediately to your credit card. We do not refund or exchange any product that has been used, slightly used, or used a little except pillows which, because of health concerns, are not refundable at all. Due to health regulations: Nutritional products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.  

Other products authorized for return must be returned U.P.S. prepaid and insured ($100.00 included free) in the original box with original packaging materials. Credit will ONLY be applied for merchandise approved for a return or exchange- that we actually receive back.  ChiroCity.com, Inc. is not responsible, will not be held liable for and will not issue credit on your  merchandise that is not received. If your delivery confirmation can not be proven, there will be no refund.  

SOME ITEMS ARE SPECIAL ORDER, AND THEREFORE THESE ITEMS HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE CHARGED BY THE MFG! These items are usually items that have a size or a color preference.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

Only items with prior RA #'s will be accepted.
