Any table can be returned to us with in the first 15 Days, at your expense.If your tables had a Custom color or Upgraded material charge,you may loose that amount also.
You must call or email in for a RA # ,the table will not be accepted otherwise.
There will be inbound and outbound freight costs . The table must be crated and shipped in original packaging. When the table arrives in the same condition it left our warehouse THEN the credit card or check ,which ever was used to pay for the table will be credited. The cost of the shipping to you is NOT refundable,we CAN NOT get it back from the freight company.
RA # should be written on the outside of the crate in Black Letters.
ALL RETURNED TABLES ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% to 30% RESTOCKING FEE!!!
If you don't have the crate we can arrange inside pick up with crating is $699.00 to $899 which is OUR cost.
Otherwise, the cheaper curbside Freight company will NOT pick the table up If it is Uncrated!
SUPPLY ITEM REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
At anytime within 30 days of the original purchase date, you may return or exchange any un-used product for a full refund or exchange, less original shipping costs. Refunds are subject to a product inspection & approval. Once approved, refunds will be posted immediately to your credit card. We do not refund or exchange any product that has been used, slightly used, or used a little except pillows which, because of health concerns, are not refundable at all. Due to health regulations: Pillows & Nutritional products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Other products authorized for return must be returned U.P.S. prepaid and insured ($100.00 included free) in the original box with original packaging materials. Credit will ONLY be applied for merchandise approved for a return or exchange- that we actually receive back. ChiroCity.com, Inc. is not responsible, will not be held liable for and will not issue credit on your merchandise that is not received. If your delivery confirmation can not be proven, there will be no refund.
SOME ITEMS ARE SPECIAL ORDER, AND THEREFORE THESE ITEMS HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE CHARGED BY THE MFG! These items are usually items that have a size or a color preference.
UPS shipments are trackable, and safe. Please protect your merchandise and your money...use U.P.S.! "

Only items with prior RA #'s will be accepted.
NOTE: ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A RA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN SHIPPING, NOR CAN THEY BE RETURNED TO YOU, AND CREDIT WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED.
