The Sophie is the first clinically accepted, patented pregnancy cushion on the market that allows you several options with your clients. The Sophie, in combination with the support blocks and head cushion, can be altered to allow treatments for the various body types during pregnancy. Plus, The Sophie is available with a retail version that can allow your clients to continue their therapy at home.

The Sophie is sealed with a Latex Free spray that is easy to sterilize after each use. Each Sophie comes with Velcro attachments that alters your cushion to fit your individual client’s needs. You can easily move the blocks forward, in, out or back to accommodate your client’s growing uterus for comfort and treatment. Unlike other competitive pillows, The Sophie has two areas for additional breast comfort for your clients.
The Sophie comes with one main cushion, two side support blocks and a head cushion.

HOW TO USE THE SOPHIE

(Professional Version)

The Sophie is designed with three main components, inside a soft, jersey-knit cover (optional with professional Sophie).

· The Sophie (Support Cushion)

· Two Side Brackets (Used For Extra Support)

· Head Cushion - (Used for Extra Head Support)

The Sophie (Main Support Cushion) - The Sophie can be used on the floor, massage, physical, and chiropractic tables, bed, air mattress, or any other resting surface. The unique design allows ample room for the breasts and growing uterus.

How to Use Your Sophie in the Prone Position

· STEP ONE: Open Sophie cover and remove the two side support cushions and head support cushion.

· STEP TWO: Place the two side support blocks (If needed) under the Sophie Cushion inside the cover, pull draw string for snug fit.

Place the Sophie on the Massage, Physical Therapy, or Chiropractor table for professional version and ease your abdomen into the wider opening, then your breasts into the top cut out. The unique design allows the user to manipulate the cushion until you are comfortable. To extend the life of Velcro adhesive do not use excessive force when removing support blocks and head support cushion.

Two Side Blocks - Two side blocks are included with every Sophie. This design allows the user several options for extra uterus support in the prone position. Place side blocks on sides of Sophie for extra support. If you’re carrying your baby low, then move the support blocks lower for support. If your baby is carrying high, then move the side blocks higher for added support! This design allows you to move your cushion the way you are designed for comfort.
Head Cushion - The head cushion has several uses. The first and main use is for extra head support with The Sophie Support Cushion. It can also be used as a wedge to elevate your legs and feet, lower lumbar, or between your legs when lying on your side. Again, you decide how to best use the extra support blocks included with The Sophie. In most cases, you will use standard bed pillows to rest your head comfortably while using The Sophie.
