In 1991 The MFG decided it was time to create a Chiropractic table line that was so different, it required a new definition. Tables of the past were just that, steeped in the past and didn’t evolve to address the core needs of the present day Chiropractor. They decided to create a table line that was truly "new". The decision was based in the belief that present tables were not addressing the most fundamental requirement, a truly ergonomic and fully functional design. Not just a new name, but also a clean slate. For the first time in table history a multi-disciplined design team was assembled to find out what a Chiropractic table should look like, how it should function, and how it should perform every day under the most demanding situations. Most of all do it with unequalled sophistication. ErgoStyle was born. Everything is fresh, revolutionary and new. It took us only ten short years to become the table everyone is talking about.

In strict compliance with US governmental fire codes, RhinoHyde is flame resistant. A superior upholstery for medical applications, RhinoHyde is also bacteriostatic, mildew resistant, and oil resistant. Designer Colors and RhinoHyde Colors carry a slight upcharge. RhinoHyde is warranted for two years against manufacturing defects which lead to cracking, peeling, or delamination of properly cared for material.
